When: Every Sunday at 7:30 PM

MomCo Meet and Greet
MomCo Meet and Greet
We will be partnering with MomCo in the fall to provide space and encouragement for their group. The first meeting will be a meet and greet event for the new group and there will be an iced coffee bar and snacks!
More about MomCo
MomCo is a non-profit organization that encourages and equips moms of young children to realize their potential as mothers, women and leaders, in relationship with Jesus and in partnership with the local church.
MomCo — then, simply known as MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers)—was founded in 1973 when seven women in Colorado invited moms to meet regularly to grow together as women, parents, and leaders, with the ultimate goal of reaching women with the hope of Jesus.
Today, the small gathering they called MOPS now extends to 101+ countries, 25 languages, 72,000+ meetings a year and influences over a million moms annually.
Women's Retreat
We are excited to host a women's retreat on September 27th! We'll have a chance to hear from Claire Andrews, a spiritual director, speaker, and retreat leader. All Family Eucharist Service, Cookout, and Outreach Bags!
Join us for our Sunday Eucharist service in which our little ones will stay with us throughout the entirety of the service! This is a great opportunity to intentionally remind ourselves and our children that they are an important part of the body of Christ and allow them to see the liturgical practices of the church that they learn about in children’s ministry! We hope this will be a wonderful time of worship together and teaching as we all look to Christ! We hope to see you there!
**We will also be having our monthly cookout after church! Please feel free to bring deserts or sides that you would like to share with everyone! We will be providing the main meal! Join us and get to know one another through this opportunity!
Additionally, we will be making up some summer outreach bags while the food is cooking for the cookout! We will provide some items and bags but you are welcome to bring your own items to add to the bags if you'd like! We will provide a recommendation list before the day!
Women’s Brunch
Sisters,
You are invited to Sara Evans’ house this coming Saturday (July 12) at 9:30am for brunch , Scripture, and discussion.
Over the course of the summer we’re exploring the book of Colossians. For July 12th, we’ll read chapter 2 together, followed by a short teaching and a chance to discuss. We’ll ask questions, enjoy good food, and pray about practical ways Paul’s letter applies to our life today.
If you’d like an overview of Colossians, you can check out the Bible Project’s short video here: Book of Colossians Summary: A Complete Overview. Colossians is a dense book! If you’re able to reach chapter 2 ahead of our time together, please feel free to bring any questions and thoughts you have.
This will be a good time of fellowship, prayer, and discussion. It’s low key, feel free to invite friends, and come with a plate to share or just yourself. Sara lives at 1305 Camden Drive, Charleston 25302. The house is on the corner, parking can be found by driving up behind the house. Pull into the driveway or park on the grass.
We will not have childcare, but get in touch if you need help sourcing that.
Peace,
Sara Evans

Renewal Nights
We are thrilled to announce a change in our Monthly weeknight gatherings. Our beloved Adoration Nights will now be called Renewal Nights. This change reflects a shift in our prayerful perception of what we need to accomplish together as a community.
In this new season, we feel led to focus on equipping one another through the renewal of our minds. Renewal Nights will be a time of deep spiritual refreshment and empowerment, where we can come together to worship, seek God’s presence, and be equipped for the journey ahead.
Outreach Bag Preparation
Join us on November 17th, 2024 as we join together after Sunday Service to prepare outreach bags! Our hope is that as each family fills bags with helpful items for those in need in our community, that it would encourage intentional outreach and provide help to those who are less fortunate. The bags you and your family prepare will be for you to steward and to give as needed when the opportunity presents itself!
We have a list of suggested items provided by Barbara for helping in these colder months. While you don’t need every item on the list, this can be a helpful guide to consider what you will purchase and have available in your own bags you intend to give away.
This includes: Bottles of water (small), hand sanitizers/wipes, ChapStick, small pack of tissues, handwarmers, Jiff to go (peanut butter), breakfast bars, chicken salad/cracker kits, travel kits, Band-Aids, toothbrush/toothpaste, gum, socks, fast food gift cards, peanut butter nabs, and Vienna sausages.
Use this as a guide when determining what you would want to include and keep in mind the size of Ziplock bag you may have and what would fit inside of them! We look forward to seeing you there and the opportunities for outreach and showing the love of Christ to others that will follow!
All Saints' Celebration
Join us for a special All Saints’ Day celebration on Sunday, November 3rd, as we honor the great cloud of witnesses who have gone before us in Christ. We invite you to bring photos of friends and family who have died in the Lord to display during our service. These images will remind us that, even though they are no longer with us on earth, they continue to worship with us in the presence of God.
Together, we will celebrate the hope and joy we have in the resurrection, lifting our voices with the saints as we worship the One who holds us all in His eternal love.
